Support.Online provides remote online support services to private and business clients who require technical assistance in operating their digital devices (e.g. computers, cell-phones, smart-phones, etc.). In contrast to a service that is provided in person, it was clear in this case that offering remote technological support to clients experiencing technical difficulties, presented an emotional barrier that needed to be overcome on the branding level.
To help take down this emotional barrier, we decided to give the service a "human face" by creating a brand character. The character was designed as a friendly mentor; one that is up-to-date, technologically-oriented and reliable, but at the same time also caring and accessible.
The process included designing the website for the service and developing an advertising language, along with additional elements relating to the brand experience.
