The Almog Group is a privately-owned, leading real estate company in Israel.
The company’s central activities include development, construction and ownership of residential and commercial projects, as well as urban renewal and enhancement projects.
We were asked to brand and advertise the new Almog residential project in the fast-growing city of Modi’in – a unique development located in the city’s new HaTziporim (‘the birds’) neighborhood, designed for local young couples and families.
As one of a number of companies developing the HaTziporim neighborhood, it was important to Almog that we identify and express Almog’s true differentiators in a highly competitive environment.
To leverage the company’s solid reputation and create a strong correlation between its well-established brand and the new neighborhood, we decided to tie the two in with the project name “Almog HaTziporim”.
Discussions with the project architect and group representatives, highlighted the fact that the project is unique in its offering of a range of “super-standard” living solutions. The project is composed of 3 complexes that feature up to 26 different apartment layouts, sizes and designs, as well as a range of mini-penthouses, penthouses, garden apartments and more.
In line with this understanding and in our effort to accentuate a strong relation to the neighborhood and the project, we devised a tagline that is literally translated as “Almog Tziporim. A rare species project” – a play on the neighborhood name “birds”.
The creative concept we designed makes use of a dominant bird motif, illustrated in classic water colors to emphasize the feeling of intimacy and high-quality associated with the residential project and its producers. Our work for Almog included the production of a project booklet that features the various apartment plans alongside powerful marketing elements to support sales efforts. We also designed an advertising campaign that included signage, billboards, banners and sales promotion activities.
